Buy licensed structured datasets with labels for AI training

A structured dataset is a table: each row is a case, a few columns describe it, and one column records what happened. That result column is what makes it trainable. We source tables that a company built from its own operations, with a clear origin, personal data removed and the commercial right to license, which is harder to find than a public table.

Tell us what you need

What a good table has

  • One kind of case per row, with the same columns every time
  • A result column produced by a rule or a system, and not entered by hand and sometimes forgotten
  • A few meaningful input columns, not hundreds of vague ones
  • A data dictionary that says what each column means and how blanks should be read
  • A record of the system, the years and how the result was defined

Where the tables come from

They come from a company’s own systems: repairs and whether the first fix held, claims and whether they were paid, tickets and their category, orders and whether they shipped late. See the guide on labeled tables for how a seller prepares one.

Several tables from the same source are possible and often easier to review together, since they share their origin.

What we check

Ownership and the right to license come first. Then the personal data: direct identifiers are removed, and combinations that could point to one person are reviewed, since a rare postcode and a birth date can identify someone without a name. Tables compiled from public or purchased sources are not offered.

What to put in a request

The task and what the result column should be, the kind of case and the years, the number of rows you need and whether several tables from one source would help. If you have a column limit or a format, say so.

Questions about buy licensed structured datasets with labels for AI training

Can we get a sample before we commit?

Yes. You receive a summary and a sample of rows with the column list, approved by the seller, before any full delivery.

Do the tables contain personal data?

Direct identifiers are removed and the remaining combinations are reviewed. The contract says who is responsible for that step.

Can you source tables that are not on public sites?

That is the point. Tables built from a company’s own operations are not available elsewhere, and public tables are not offered.

Can the label be defined the way we want?

Only where the seller’s system can produce it. Tell us the definition you need, and we say whether a seller holds it or could add it.
