Sell your company's workflows to AI labs

How your team gets work done, step by step, is training material for AI agents. We package it, remove personal information, and take it to several AI labs for the best quote. You license it rather than sell it, so your company keeps its workflows and keeps using them.

Tell us about your workflows

Selling data instead? Sell or license your data.

Three ways to sell a workflow

FormWhat it isFor example
Documented processesWritten procedures, playbooks and checklists that show how a task is doneA month-end close checklist, a client onboarding playbook
Recorded task runsYour staff do a real task and the steps, inputs, outputs and review notes are capturedA support ticket from the first message to the fix
AI-assisted tasksYour staff do a real task with an AI tool, and the prompts, edits and corrections are capturedDrafting a proposal with an assistant, and the changes made before it went out

Which form fits, and how it is captured, depends on your industry. We agree it with you case by case on the call.

How it is priced

A quote per organizational workflow. A larger company can split it by department, such as support, sales, finance and operations, and each gets its own quote. The amount is in your quote, after the labs have looked.

Who it suits

  • Companies with 20 or more people
  • Work that repeats every week
  • A written record: tickets, jobs, estimates, chat, CRM or shared drives
  • Any industry. Trades, services and offices all qualify.

Safeguards

  • Nothing is captured until you agree to a quote.
  • Your staff agree before any of their work is captured.
  • Client-held material is left out.
  • Labs want how work gets done, not your strategy.
  • Automated tooling and trained human reviewers remove personal information, and you review a sample before anything is accepted.

How it works

  1. Tell us about your workflows

A short form on the workflows, departments and tools. No data.

  2. Fit call

Which workflows suit AI labs, and in what form: documented, recorded or AI-assisted. Agreed case by case.

  3. Labs quote, then you negotiate

We send your summary, never your work, to several AI labs and bring back the best quote per workflow.

  4. Capture and anonymize

Only after you agree. Automated tooling plus human review remove personal information, and you review a sample.

  5. You get paid

Buyer accepts, then pays on the written terms. Never perpetual.

What we ask of your team to start: a short form and a call. We agree how the work is captured with you, and your data and your work stay put until you agree.

Questions about selling workflows

How is this different from selling data?

Data is the records you already have: tickets, chat, CRM. A workflow is how the work gets done, written down or captured step by step. Many companies have both, and the form lets you choose data, workflows or both.

Do all my employees get recorded?

No. What is captured and who takes part is agreed with you first, case by case, and nothing starts until you agree to a quote.

Does this give competitors our edge?

No. Labs want how everyday tasks get done, not your strategy or your pricing. Confidential items are removed, people review the result, and you review a sample before anything is accepted.

Can I sell my data and my workflows?

Yes. Choose both on the form. Each gets its own quote.

What does a workflow look like?

One task from start to finish: the request, the steps, the tools used, the output and how it was checked. A support ticket from first message to fix, a month-end close, or onboarding a new client.

What does it pay?

It depends on the workflow, the industry and how it is captured. You get a quote per workflow after the labs have looked, and a straight yes or no first if it is not a fit.
