What could your company's data license for?
Nine quick questions, about a minute, no sign-up. You get a rough range for what AI labs could pay to license your company's records. It is an estimate from a few answers, not an offer or a formal valuation.
How the estimate works
What it counts
- How many people did the work, which sets how much your records hold.
- Years on the same tools: an unbroken history is worth more than a patchwork.
- The kinds of records, and whether the talk about the work (chat, email) survives.
- Whether the same people and jobs can be followed from one tool to the next.
- Language, location, industry, and whether the company is still running.
What it cannot see
- What is actually in your records, and how much of it is whole threads.
- Who owns the data, and what your customer contracts allow.
- How much personal information there is, and the cost of taking it out.
- What AI labs are asking for right now, which moves prices most of all.
The ranges sit inside the ones on our sell or license page. Before you accept any number from anyone, check the offer for the terms that matter besides the amount, and see which kinds of company records can be licensed.
Why the real number needs a broker
- Every AI lab is looking for something different, and what each one wants changes over time.
- AI labs pay the most for exclusive data. The same data licensed to several labs usually pays less each time, so we help you decide whether one exclusive AI lab agreement is worth more.
- Prices follow supply and demand. When labs already have plenty of one kind of data, it pays less. When it is rare, it pays more. That can shift from one week to the next.
- A broker who keeps up with the market knows what each AI lab wants right now. We show a summary of your data to several AI labs, so they compete and you get the best price. You see the offers and make the call.
- Our broker fee is paid by the AI lab, only after the deal closes.
Questions about the calculator
How does the calculator work?
It starts from the number of full-time people, because that sets how much work your records hold, then moves the range for years of history, the kinds of records you keep, whether they link across tools, language, location and industry. It never sees your data.
Why a range and not one number?
Two companies with the same answers can hold very different records. What an AI lab pays depends on what is actually in them, who owns them, and what labs are looking for that month, so a few answers can only narrow it down.
Is this an offer?
No. It is a rough estimate for planning a conversation. A real figure comes only after someone looks at what your records contain and how personal information would come out, and an offer comes from an AI lab in writing.
What happens if I send my answers?
They fill in the contact form so you do not type them twice. You add a few lines in your own words, and we reply personally with what we think your records are worth and what would raise it. Nothing is shared with anyone.
