How a buyer request runs
Every deal has two sides: the seller, a company licensing its own operating data or workflows, and the buyer, an AI lab or model team licensing them for training. We represent the seller from first call to close, like a sell-side broker on a business sale, and act as its technical advisor through export, cleaning and delivery.
If you are buying
You see summaries and de-identified samples, then receive the package; how raw files are handled is agreed case by case in the contract. Rights are checked before any summary reaches you.
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1. Tell us what you need | Data types, industries, volume, exclusivity, timeline. We say what exists and what we can find |
| 2. Summary and quote | Read the one-page summary and de-identified samples, then send a quote. We bring the seller the best quote and conditions |
| 3. Negotiate | Price, term, scope of use, security, handling and deletion, in writing, with your counsel |
| 4. De-identify and deliver | Personal information is removed with automated tooling and human review, by whoever the contract names, agreed case by case. You receive the package with a provenance memo, then accept within the written window |
| 5. Payment | Pay the seller on the license terms. Our fee is discussed with you directly, with a long-term relationship in mind |
